TBI”. 2001 to 2002
Compared performance of children with sustained traumatic brain injury (closed head) with normals on a variety of measures including the NEPSY and the TEACh instruments to determine the ability of subtests to discriminate between groups.
Doctoral dissertation: "An Interactive Visual Imagery Technique
to Enhance the Reading Comprehension of Children with Reading Difficulties". 1996 to 2000 Focused on the utilization of an interactive visual imagery technique for the improvement of reading comprehension skills of children with learning disabilities. Assessed the efficacy of this technique as it related to the children's visual processing abilities. Compared this technique with alternative visual imagery methodologies to determine efficacy of an interactive approach to visual imagery.
